PART ONE:
Ask yourself this question all throughout the day whenever you need to make a decision: "What would someone who loved themselves do?" - and then act upon the flash of intuition you receive right after asking this question without trying to overanalyze. If you’d like to be eligible to be a winner of our giveaways at the end of the challenge, be sure you post in the Facebook Group with your challenge journaling for each day, including the #selflove24 hashtag in your post!
PART TWO:
Exercise on How to Connect With Your Self. This can be a nerve-wracking and super uncomfortable experience, however truly powerful and can help navigate walls that we put up even to ourselves.
To do this exercise, you will need to be in front of a mirror, either one you can sit in front of, or even a handheld mirror can work. Follow the process detailed in this video ( or just spend at least 15 minutes connecting deeply to the you in the mirror in your own way; then, journal, or write a post in the Facebook group to document your experience. Reflect on what you learned about yourself. How do you feel towards yourself now, compared to how you did before the exercise?
