There will always be Two Parts; Part 1 will remain the same each day and is the core of this Self Love challenge. Part 2 will be new each day, and We'll list them both for each day of the challenge below. INFO ON THE TWO GIVEAWAYS WE'RE DOING CAN BE FOUND AT THE VERY END!

 DAY 1:

*All posts will be made in the support group here.

PART ONE:

Ask yourself this question all throughout the day whenever you need to make a decision: "What would someone who loved themselves do?" - and then act upon the flash of intuition you receive right after asking this question without trying to overanalyze. Sometimes it will be an easy solution; sometimes it requires courage and stretching yourself out of a comfort zone. At the end of each day, choose to either journal, or write a daily post here in the Facebook group numbered with which day you are on, to share what happened in the day as a result of asking yourself this question. This is your chance to connect with others of like-mind, receive support, and to be seen and heard on your journey through this challenge.

PART TWO:

Let’s work on Boundaries! A boundary is nothing more than something that defines you VS other. The biggest issue isn’t that other people violate our boundaries, it’s that we violate our own boundaries. By letting someone violate our boundaries, we violate our own boundaries. This is self-betrayal. If you go against your personal boundaries, you violate yourself, you abandon yourself and you allow self-hate to rule the day. For the Challenge today, it’s time to become aware of which boundaries we might not be keeping, by journaling about or writing a post in the Facebook group about how you relate to each of these “ways” boundaries could be violated. Write down anything that comes to you when you see each bullet point and how it might relate to you or your life, and based on that awareness, could anything improve & how?

→ Saying no when you mean yes or yes when you mean no.
→ Feeling guilty when you do say no.
→ Acting against your integrity or values in order to please.
→ Not speaking up when you have something to say.
→ Adopting another person’s beliefs or ideas so you are accepted.
→ Not calling out someone who mistreats you.
→ Accepting physical touch or sex when you don’t want it.
→ Allowing yourself to be interrupted or distracted to accommodate another person’s immediate wants or needs.
→ Giving too much just to be perceived as useful.
→ Becoming overly involved in someone’s problems or difficulties.
→ Allowing people to say things to you or in front of you that make you uncomfortable.
→ Not defining and communicating your emotional needs in your relationships.

PART TWO:

Today we’re going to develop Self Love relative to our Mind. Your mind is meant to be a tool that you can use to assist your intention for this life. But this is simply not the reality for most people. For most of us, our mind uses us. We may even have self-hating thoughts about our mind, and wish it were different. When painful things happen, our mind is pulled into the vibrational range of the event that occurred and is then a point of attraction to which like-thoughts are drawn. Soon, we are spiraling downwards and spiraling fast. For today’s Challenge, take 1 painful situation that is either currently happening in your life, or something that happened recently that you still feel affected by.

Journal or write a post in the Facebook group answering these questions:

1. What negative thing happened? What negative thoughts did it cause me to think? How did it make me feel?

2. What did this experience cause me to know that I want? What did this experience cause me to know that I want to think? What did this experience cause me to know that I want to feel?

3. In order to get closer to manifesting what you became aware of after answering question #2, what thoughts do you need to be thinking and what actions could you be taking that will inch you closer and closer to that desired end result? To dive even deeper, what would someone who loves themselves do in this situation?

 DAY 3:

*All posts will be made in the support group here.

PART ONE:

Ask yourself this question all throughout the day whenever you need to make a decision: "What would someone who loved themselves do?" - and then act upon the flash of intuition you receive right after asking this question without trying to overanalyze. This is your chance to connect with others of like-mind, receive support, and to be seen and heard on your journey through this challenge.

PART TWO:

Exercise on How to Connect With Your Self. This can be a nerve-wracking and super uncomfortable experience, however truly powerful and can help navigate walls that we put up even to ourselves.

To do this exercise, you will need to be in front of a mirror, either one you can sit in front of, or even a handheld mirror can work. Follow the process detailed inthis video and either journal, or write a post in the Facebook group to document your experience. Reflect on what you learned about yourself. How do you feel towards yourself now, compared to how you did before the exercise?

 DAY 4:

*All posts will be made in the support group here.

PART TWO:

Time for Self Exploration! Let’s answer the following 10 Questions in as much detail as possible, either in your journal or in a Facebook group post:

1. What thought do I most want to think about myself?
2. Why do I want to think that thought about myself?
3. Do I feel worthy?
4. Do I realize that worth has nothing to do with what I do or what I have done?
5. What thought could I think right now to help myself feel worthy?
6. What could I do right now to help myself feel worthy?
7. How will I know when I love myself, do I expect it to look a certain way?
8. What thought could I think right now to show love to myself?
9. Do I treat myself as well as I want to treat others?
10. What do I perceive is in the way of loving myself, and what steps can I take to shift this? (feel free to involve others in brainstorming solutions)

 DAY 5:

*All posts will be made in the support group here.

PART ONE:

Ask yourself this question all throughout the day whenever you need to make a decision: "What would someone who loved themselves do?" - and then act upon the flash of intuition you receive right after asking this question without trying to overanalyze. Sometimes it will be an easy solution; sometimes it requires courage and stretching yourself out of a comfort zone. This is your chance to connect with others of like-mind, receive support, and to be seen and heard on your journey through this challenge.

PART TWO:

If you are feeling hopeless about the future, it is because you are trying to put the whole puzzle together when the universe hasn’t even brought you some of the puzzle pieces necessary to put it together. And you cannot rush that process. So, stop projecting so far into the future and instead deal with yourself right here and now. Journal or share answers to the following questions in the Facebook group:

  1. 1. What is the “puzzle” in my life that I’m trying to put together without even having all the pieces yet?

  1. 2. From right here and now, what can you think, say or do that feels just a little bit better?

3. Make a ‘Looking Forward To’ List! This is an awesome antidotefor that feeling of doom. This list can include literally anything that makes you feel open towards the hour or day or weeks or years ahead of you, instead of closed. For example, I can write things as little as, eating an avocado toast or watching a movie today to things as big as, earning a PHD or becoming enlightened. Enlist the help of the challenge group for ideas and inspiration!

You can’t imagine how much better other people can make you feel about the future by enrolling you in their own idea of what to look forward to, and who knows, you might just want to add some of theirs to your list that you didn’t think of.

 DAY 6:

*All posts will be made in the support group here.

PART ONE:

Ask yourself this question all throughout the day whenever you need to make a decision: "What would someone who loved themselves do?" - and then act upon the flash of intuition you receive right after asking this question without trying to overanalyze. Sometimes it will be an easy solution; sometimes it requires courage and stretching yourself out of a comfort zone. This is your chance to connect with others of like-mind, receive support, and to be seen and heard on your journey through this challenge.

PART TWO:

Let’s do affirmationsthe right way, shall we? Affirmations are declarations of truth that you choose for your life. But they can’t be forced upon you, nor can you lie to yourself and have it work. From where you are today, honestly answer the following questions with no expectation, either in your journal or shared with the support group:

1. What is something you want to be true for you?

2. How does it feel where you are right now relative to this affirmation you want to be the truth in your reality? Especially sense for how it feels in your physical body.

  1. 3. What positive proof do you have of this right now that is aligned with loving yourself? Come up with things for at least 20 minutes. You can also ask others for what they like about you to help you form this list. To take this to the next level, record your voice reading this list aloud, and play it while you're going to sleep to embed it into your consciousness.

 DAY 7:

*All posts will be made in the support group here.

PART ONE:

Ask yourself this question all throughout the day whenever you need to make a decision: "What would someone who loved themselves do?" - and then act upon the flash of intuition you receive right after asking this question without trying to overanalyze. Sometimes it will be an easy solution; sometimes it requires courage and stretching yourself out of a comfort zone. This is your chance to connect with others of like-mind, receive support, and to be seen and heard on your journey through this challenge.

PART TWO:

Obtain good quality drinking water, and your job is to place pure positive focus into that glass of water for a minimum of 5 minutes, and then drink it. It doesn't have to be positive focus about yourself; it can be anything that causes you to feel good and can be about anything or anyone you love, even your pet dog or your favorite food! Allow yourself to feel that positive focus somatically in the body as well while you channel it into the water. Write about your results and what you notice internally, both during the process of infusing your water and what you notice after consuming it.

Both parts of this challenge are exercises that you can take with you every single day of your life if you wish to continue the journey. Feel free to post in the group if you decide to move on to a potential Day 8, or when you’re on Day 100, and so on.
