I find those meditations very relieving, each time I experience very strong emotions that I have put "under the carpet". Those emotions are finally being felt and accepted.

So far since I've bought the bundle, any time I've needed help with a particular or am feeling a certain way that a meditation could be helpful for, I go to this little library from Teal and there's always one that seems to be directly applicable. Every one I've done so far has been fantastic! Love having this bundle of meditations at my disposal.

when an ascended master returns to teach us again it is a truly wonderful thing indeed and as in all cases they return to teach us in a voice that truly resonates with the people of today so I feel that I am very fortunate to have been able to hear from such an incredible person in my lifetime and I look forward to learning more from her in the future so I highly recommend that anyone who is looking to learn from her teachings to feel confident in her message and embrace the wisdom that has been passed down from generation to generation -thank you teal for all that you do

I keep listening to the light healing before bed and I can feel the light moving through my body. I love the tone - so comforting.
