Peaceful and Emotional Meditation

Human Tree

I relate a tree similar to a human, the only difference for me is that the tree stands still and the human moves. Having said that I find the connection with the tree meditation very sobering and grounding, yet at the same time being able to connect with the great beyond ! Merging with the tree as the tree makes it a beautiful meditation since I love Trees ! Very importantly not forgetting Teal's soothing voice ! I definitly recommend the Tree meditation ! Thank-You Teal You are a beautiful Soul. Lenka
