This meditation helped to give my nervousness the picture of an unsettled snow ball, and therefor I can imagine how it settles back, anywhere and anytime. On the train, at the restaurant...Thats so cool to have this ability :)
I do this meditation standing before doing tai chi. With it my practice improved, it is totally different exercise - became spiritual practice instead just physical. When those restless snow chunks settle they are no longer the robbers of experience. Thank you Teal!
This meditation, as all the other meditations I have purchased from Teal Swan, is very helpful, soothing and supporting. I try to meditate with Teal Swan meditations as often as I can, because, every time I do, I feel rejuvenated and much more aware afterwards. I am really appreciative for them all.
