Meditace otevřenosti od Teal Swan

Tato meditace je navržena tak, aby posluchače přesunula ze stavu zúžení, uzavření a uzavřenosti do stavu otevřenosti. V této meditaci posluchač používá vizualizaci rozkvetlých růží k otevření každé čakry. Pak vítají a vdechují energii dovnitř a ven z každé čakry. Jakmile je meditující v tomto vnímavém prostoru, pak rozpouští bariéru mezi sebou a ostatními lidmi a otevírá se zkušenosti světa.

Relaxing uplifting

I liked being walked through opening each chakra. I could easily tell which chakras were harder to take in positive energy through. I was able to sense the pain linked to them keeping them (and me) closed. Other chakra’s opened easily and felt great! It’s only my first use so far, but i’m definitely going to continue using this meditation.

Really helped open up my perspective, and feel belonging

I used to be more of a closed minded person, not taking others perspective into account making me judgemental. I have only done this about thrice over the span of a month, although I admit I should be doing this more frequently, I am now noticeably more aware of others perspective and a less judgemental and more compassionate and open minded person overall, felt a greater sense of belonging to everyone and all beings around me.
