I've been experimenting with this meditation for quite some time.
Sometimes it works sometimes I just can't anchor any good feeling. It helps if I do some kind of meditaton before this one, which can raise my vibration. For example the rapid relaxation meditation.
I don't like in this meditation, that I have to imagine my entire body like a large balloon, it makes me uncomfortable, even anxious...people who have problems with bloating could be triggered by this one. :) But overall it's good I just don't understand why she had to choose the balloon thing, it is just not something I would pick. It would be much better with imagining light going through your body.
The meditation first makes you relax through deep breathes. First, you visualize your lungs expanding with every deep breathe until it fills your ENTIRE body. So all of your inside is one HUGE lung full of air. Personally that does not relax me....it makes me anxious and requires too much effort to be relaxing. I'll probably just imagine an expanding light from the chest instead of lungs from now. The second part is good is that it makes you take on the feeling/sensations of your desires and expand that to every inch of your body so you can attract from the point of already feelings like you have your desires.

I really liked this meditation, its usuful when you know what you want exactly. Powerfull.
Couldn’t really tell you if it assists with getting what you want because I usually fall asleep by the time I’m an imaginary balloon but it certainly helps me relax tip to toe. I find the guided breathing alone beneficial and her voice super pleasant.
