I've been experimenting with this meditation for quite some time.
Sometimes it works sometimes I just can't anchor any good feeling. It helps if I do some kind of meditaton before this one, which can raise my vibration. For example the rapid relaxation meditation.
I don't like in this meditation, that I have to imagine my entire body like a large balloon, it makes me uncomfortable, even anxious...people who have problems with bloating could be triggered by this one. :) But overall it's good I just don't understand why she had to choose the balloon thing, it is just not something I would pick. It would be much better with imagining light going through your body.

Amazing Meditation. I love the combination of these two techniques. When you are not used to feeling and letting in positive emotions it takes some practice to let the desired feeling signature into your being.
