Refund policy

 

Return Window

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products and e-courses
  • Made-to-order frequency, quote, and art products, except in cases of:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Damage during shipping

These products are custom produced specifically for you and cannot be refunded for reasons such as:

  • Changing your mind
  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or version
  • Personal preference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, it may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Please contact us at shop@tealswan.com within 30 days of purchase, including:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

We do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged due to misuse or normal wear.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a few business days, depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank

Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

If an order is returned due to:

  • An incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts

We cannot guarantee a free reshipment. A new shipping and/or order fee may apply.

Discount & Promo Codes

Discounts cannot be retroactively applied. If a discount code was forgotten at checkout, we cannot refund the difference.

Order Cancellations

Because our products are made-to-order, orders are sent to production nearly immediately after purchase. As a result, orders cannot be canceled before delivery.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged or defective. To request an exchange for the same item, email shop@tealswan.com for instructions.

Gifts

The refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

International Orders

Teal Swan Shop is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs
  • International duties, taxes, or import fees
