I liked being walked through opening each chakra. I could easily tell which chakras were harder to take in positive energy through. I was able to sense the pain linked to them keeping them (and me) closed. Other chakra’s opened easily and felt great! It’s only my first use so far, but i’m definitely going to continue using this meditation.
I used to be more of a closed minded person, not taking others perspective into account making me judgemental. I have only done this about thrice over the span of a month, although I admit I should be doing this more frequently, I am now noticeably more aware of others perspective and a less judgemental and more compassionate and open minded person overall, felt a greater sense of belonging to everyone and all beings around me.
