In this meditation, we enter into visualization, where we create a ‘mind scape’ that allows our principal spirit guide to interact with us directly. After meeting our spirit guide, we receive key insight for our current life and allow ourselves to experience the feeling of unconditional guidance, support and love that our spirit guide has to offer.
This certainly is one of my favorite meditations. The more I listen to this, the more powerful it seems to become. Almost needless to mention how incredibly grateful I am for this beautiful recording. Yes, Teal did it again..😁

This is an interesting one for me because I did this meditation once and it was a couple of years ago.When walking through it a mantis showed up in my mind's eye. I did not know that mantis beings were actually existent out in the cosmos back then so i took it as an animal guide. Only after many years i found out that they do exist.
