A fantastic book - just like any other material coming from Teal. It's a book about 'basics' but in my opinion requires a sort of advanced understanding or a very, very open mind of a beginner in Teal's work. It indeed is a very educating book and has my full support in recommending it further, just be ready for having a lot of intellectual activity and capacity stimulated. Teal is simply a master teacher.
