To manifest is to bring something into being so that it exists, is evident, is understood, is apparent and is perceivable (visible, audible, sensible). With regards to the physical dimension, it is to make the non-physical, physical. The main use of this grid is to assist you to bring your desires and potentials into existence so that they become tangible actualities. If you create vision boards, placing this frequency at their center intensely amplifies your capacity to bring the things on that vision board to fruition.
