This meditation is helping with my insecurities and and my fears surrounding my relationship, I am lucky enough to have manifested my twin flame, so now I'm focusing on maintaining this connection and nurturing it, without letting my insecurities push him away.

In 2 weeks i feel more connected with my true self, must be a step to connect with your twin flame

The music is awesome. Obviously the meditation has to be supplemented with releasing resistance and taking inspired action in physical life, which I am in the process of doing, not yet achieved completely, but I already feel more open, non judgmental & more deserving of healthy relationships already, and I am making really good & authentic friendships, I now believe that it's possible to get in a healthy relationship & that alone is making me a match to possibilities.

There's a lot of imaginative work in this meditation so its not the easiest. However, its very calming and reassuring. Love you Teal!
