When my mind is racing with way too much input, this meditation is my go to. By the end my mind is clear and at ease allowing me to be more present and find real relief from all the mental chaos within me. I highly recommend adding it to your meditation toolbox!

inner noise gone , feeling calm and quiet yet energetic.

SO much pressure relief its amazing.

give it a go its so worth it, really cant appreciate enough that im getting something so valuable for only 5 euro.
