When you stop habitual, desperate clutching to how things must be, metaphorically speaking, you stop rowing and raise the sails instead, which allows you to be carried and moved by the universal current. Cessation is the profound, silent, suffering free state that occurs when one truly drops the ego’s demand to control reality. This frequency helps you to be in this state.
