I personally love this meditation! It leaves me more grounded, calm, in much deeper feeling of my body. I would recommend it.

Incredibly helpful for tuning into the body

This meditation first has you focus and tune into the sensations in your feet, and later, breathe into and from them. Then it moves on to your legs, pelvis, back, stomach, chest, arms and shoulders, hands, neck, face and head, and lastly your whole body. I found the meditation incredibly helpful for tuning into the body. I usually don't have an easy time feeling sensation, and with this I have been able to feel strongly. It's my favorite so far, and I listen to it several times a day. Also, it doesn't have an outro ping, and since it lowers the resistance in your body it can help you peacefully drift off and fall asleep.
