Openness Meditation by Teal Swan

This meditation is designed to move the listener from a state of constriction, containment and closed-ness to a state of openness. In this meditation, the listener uses the visualization of blooming roses to open each chakra. They then welcome and breathe energy in and out of each chakra. Once the meditator is in this receptive space, they then dissolve the barrier between themselves and other people and open themselves to the experience of the world.

Really helped open up my perspective, and feel belonging

I used to be more of a closed minded person, not taking others perspective into account making me judgemental. I have only done this about thrice over the span of a month, although I admit I should be doing this more frequently, I am now noticeably more aware of others perspective and a less judgemental and more compassionate and open minded person overall, felt a greater sense of belonging to everyone and all beings around me.
