Wowzers!

No joke, I think I listened to this meditation only one time since getting it. I totally forgot about it afterward, & would occasionally find myself thinking that maybe I ought to give it another listen. I'm writing this review after having just returned home from 3 major experiences that completely met the unmet needs caused by the loneliness I was experiencing beforehand. The connection was so real, & soooo worth it! Thanks Teal & Team!

I love this meditation. I have been fighting with myself that, well im lonely so I need someone for a filler. No, no I don't. I need to be me and be comfortable with me, love me, know me. Not bring someone into a madness. This meditation helped so much to relieve that and also helped where I was really feeling stress. I was stressed and I realized that the stress was making me feel like I needed someone so it made my mind think. Your lonely. Thank you so much for letting me talk about how this opened my mind a lil more. I still listen to it when im feeling stressed before my mind says, your lonely. Love you!!
