THE CHALLENGE:
We’re going to begin with a self exploration journaling exercise!
In a notebook or your preference of technology, make a list of the Top 10 Strengths and Top 10 Weaknesses you feel you’ve inherited from your upbringing; this includes anything shown or taught to you.
It’s completely okay if you can’t come up with that many, and it’s also completely okay if you come up with more than 10! The purpose of this is to get your mind thinking about how your unique upbringing has shaped you and your life experience till this day. How it’s made you who you currently are.
As a bonus, also feel free to jot down how you feel about having written this list down. What surprised you the most? Was there anything that has clicked in your mind that perhaps previously you may not have paid much notice to, or hadn’t realized before?
