The Body Breath Meditation by Teal Swan

This meditation begins as a mindfulness meditation where the listener “tunes into” the world within and then observes the unique presence of their own breath. The meditation then transforms as the listener is asked to expand the breath so that their whole body (and not just their lungs) are breathing.
